Consent to Personal Data Processing

By submitting a request via the website forms or contacting us via WhatsApp, Telegram, email or other channels listed on the website, you freely and voluntarily consent to the processing of your personal data by PT. UNIT NUANU PROPERTY (the «Company», «we»), registered at: Jalan Pantai Nyanyi, Beraban, Kediri, Tabanan, Bali 80351, Indonesia.

1. Data we process

• the name you provide in the request;
• phone number and messenger identifiers (WhatsApp, Telegram);
• email address;
• the content of your request: selected models and quantities, customization wishes, comments;
• files attached to the request: photos, floor plans, references;
• technical data transmitted by your browser: IP address, device type, page language, visited sections of the website.

2. Purposes of processing

• handling requests and inquiries, consulting on products and services;
• selecting furniture and interior solutions, preparing individual quotes and offers;
• contacting you via the provided channels, including messengers;
• fulfilling arrangements on production, delivery and installation of furniture;
• improving the website and quality of service.

3. Legal grounds

Processing is based on your consent and on the necessity to fulfil your request or a contract to which you are a party, in accordance with the personal data protection legislation of the Republic of Indonesia (Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection, UU PDP).

4. Storage and protection

Data is stored in the Company’s protected systems and processed only by employees who need it to handle your request. We apply organizational and technical measures against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. Data is kept for as long as required for the processing purposes or until you withdraw your consent, unless a longer period is required by law.

5. Transfer to third parties

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes. Data may be processed by the Company’s technical contractors (website hosting, communication services and messengers) strictly to the extent needed to operate the website and handle your request.

Some contractors (Telegram, Cloudflare, website hosting) process data on servers outside Indonesia. By sending a request you agree to this transfer. We only pass on what is needed to answer your request.

6. Cookies and browser storage

The website stores a few entries in your browser:

• uf_lang (cookie, 1 year): the language you selected. Required for the website to work;
• uf_consent (cookie, 6 months): your choice in the cookie notice. Required for the website to work;
• uf_cart, uf_cart_qty (browser storage, until you clear the cart): selected models and quantities. Required for the cart;
• uf_utm (browser storage, until you close the tab): the tag of the ad link you came from (utm_campaign, utm_content). Sent with your request. Stored only if you click “Accept”;
• Cloudflare technical cookies (e.g. __cf_bm): our hosting provider may set them to protect the website from bots.

There are no analytics, ad pixels or third-party counters on the website. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page.

7. Your rights

• to know which of your data we process;
• to request correction of inaccurate data;
• to request deletion of data or restriction of processing;
• to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country;
• to withdraw consent at any time — processing will stop unless we have another legal ground to continue it.
